i went to the skirt magazine launch event with tanya, who works as their in-house graphic designer. lots of interesting entertainment including live painting, an urban dance troupe, and making your own flower sculpture out of recycled pop bottles. the event was held at the artists for humanity epicenter. the building was made out of lots of recycled materials.
